Is Route Package Protection Refundable?

Can you get a refund for Route's Green Package Protection? Nope, once you've tapped into Route's help and your package has safely made it home, that insurance isn't up for refunds.

How does Route Process Refunds and Re-Orders?

Wondering how Route handles refunds and reorders? Here's the deal:

For refunds, Route's got you covered. They'll refund the item's subtotal, shipping, and taxes. But just a heads up, the Route Premium cost won't be part of that refund.

Now, for reorders, it depends on what's in stock. If the stuff's available, Route will place the order for you. If not, they'll give you a refund for those unavailable items. Plus, they'll foot the bill for the reorders, covering shipping, taxes, and Route Shipping Protection.

When should I file a claim?

**If it's Marked as Delivered (but it's gone missing or stolen):**
Route's got your back, but give it a little time. Wait at least 5 calendar days, but no longer than 15 calendar days from when it got marked as delivered. Heads up, some cases might need a police report.

**If it's Stuck in Transit (lost in the shipping abyss):**
Hang in there, but not forever. Wait at least 2 calendar days, and no more than 30 calendar days from the last update. The deadline? 365 days from when you placed the order.

**If it's Damaged (uh-oh, not what you ordered):**
Snap some pics of the packaging and the messed-up stuff, and don't wait too long – file within 15 calendar days from when it got marked as delivered.

If your order lands at your doorstep with battle scars, snap some pics of the item and the packaging it came in. You'll need those for your claim when you file it right here.

Need to file a claim for a lost, damaged, or stolen order? Here's the scoop:

1. If you added Route insurance at checkout, keep an eye out for a confirmation email from Route. It'll have a handy link to file your shipping issue.

2. Don't want to wait for the email? No problem. You can also hop on the Route app or go to their website right here to file your claim. You'll need either your store order number or Route ID number, along with the email address linked to your order.
